List of tea-mixtures from flowers, fruits and leaves from the Cretan botany

The aromatic medical herbs that are used in the tea-mixtures have been carefully selected and collected from pure and sunny areas in the municipality of Rethymnon (Crete). The picking is done by hand, motivated by love and gratitude for Mother Nature’s work. Drying and storing are done with extra care, with no use of machinery. Only traditional methods are used, today as for thousands of years before us.

You can prepare the teas on this way:
Use 1 teaspoon of herbs for 1 cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs und leave for as long as recommended on the directions on each packet. Tea provides the easiest way of intervention to the body. It is the simplest and safest way to clean our bodies of toxins. It reduces symptoms of disease and gives the strength to heal itself.
